Pricing & Booking Requirements

• Pricing is negotiable depending on group size and project

• Minimum 4 weeks’ notice is required to prepare materials

• Venue must be approved for workshop setup (tables, lighting, etc.)

• Final headcount must be confirmed at least 1 week prior to the event

Deposit & Refund Policy

• 50% deposit required at the time of booking to secure your date

• Remaining balance due 7 days before the event

Refunds:

• Full refund if canceled more than 14 days before the event

• 50% refund if canceled 8–14 days before the event

• No refund if canceled 7 days or less before the event
